Kenneth K.J. Bradley Jr., an Atlanta native, is a producer, veteran, executive, and award-winning author. A former U.S. Army servicemember with 17 years of dedication, he holds a Bachelor's in Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s in Health Administration.


Since 2019, K.J. has built a diverse media career, hosting impactful podcasts such as 10-Minute Stories, Behind the Badge, and 2 POGs Save the World. His work has earned notable recognition, including the 2019 EzWay Network TV Producer of the Year award and International Best-Selling Author status for The Pauper Principle (2021).


An active Phi Beta Sigma member, he leads and participates in community initiatives. With multiple IMDb credits, K.J. continues to create compelling content as Creative Director of KTA Interactive Media and Executive Producer of Fanatik Productions, shaping media that makes a difference.

Lance O'Neil

Lance ONeil is from Salt Lake City, Utah. He served a two-year mission to Taiwan for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He joined the Army Reserves and was trained in Military Police and Military Intelligence. After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, and receiving a Master of Divinity, and Master of Arts in Family and Marriage, he transitioned to Active Duty Army Chaplaincy. Chaplain (CH) ONeil has counseled thousands of soldiers and family members on a wide range of topics. He has worked in a wide range of units (aviation, intel, field artillery, among others) and locations across the world. His commitment to supporting Soldiers and families is unquestioned. He provides a wide range of knowledge from formal and self-education. He will retire in the summer of 2025 following 25 years of honorable service.

A former Brookings Institution fellow, he was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2017.
